摘要
频率源是雷达接收机的"心脏",超低相位噪声频率源的设计是提高雷达系统杂波处理能力的关键举措。在对比现有设计方法的基础上,采用粗频标模拟直接合成、细频标直接数字频率合成(DDS)相结合的方法,设计了一款L波段频率源,并对其相噪和杂散进行了详细的分析和计算。实测表明,新的设计具有超低的相噪、低杂散、可编程步进频和快速切换等优点,满足抗干扰雷达的设计需求,具有良好的工程应用价值。
The frequency source is the heart of radar receiver.The design of ultra low phase noise frequency source is the key to improve the clutter processing capability of radar system.On the basis of comparing the existing design methods,this paper designs a L-band frequency source by the combination between coarse frequency standard direct analog frequency synthesis and fine frequency standard direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS),analyzes and calculates the phase noise and spurious in detail.The practical measurment results show that the new design can meet the design requirements of anti-jamming radar and have a good engineering application value because of the characteristics of ultra low phase noise and clutter,programmable step frequency,fast switching and so on.
