摘要
首先对倍频器作了简单的介绍,然后利用ADS软件对2次倍频器和5次倍频器进行了仿真和优化,接着对谐波产生器实现高次倍频进行了研究,最终完成了L波段倍频组件的研制,在输出频率200 MHz、1 000 MHz、2 000MHz、2 800 MHz时输出功率大于0dBm,杂散抑制大于70dBc,谐波抑制大于45dBc。
This paper firstly introduces the frequency multipier briefly,then simulates and optimizes the frequency doubler and quintupler by means of ADS software,studies the high order frequency doubling of the harmonic generator,finally finishes the development of L band multiplication subassembly.At the output frequency 200 MHz,1 000 MHz,2 000 MHz,2 800 MHz,the output power is greater than 0 dBm,spurious suppression is greater than 70 dBc,harmonic suppression is greater than 45 dB.
