该文阐述了BIM应用中数据传递和共享的意义,从国内BIM标准体系建设角度,探讨了当前BIM应用推进过程中不可避免会出现信息孤岛问题,要解决这一问题,真正实现参建各方工作协同,实现BIM对建筑行业效率提升的巨大潜力,一方面要完善BIM标准体系建设,另一方面要积极探索工程建设组织模式的变革,根据项目实际情况,最大程度发挥BIM技术的优势。

This paper expounds the significance of data transfer and sharing in BIM applications. From the perspective of domestic BIM standard system construction, it discusses the inevitable problem of information isolated island in the process of BIM application promotion. To solve this problem, to truly realize the cooperative work of involved parties, and to tap the considerable potential of BIM in improving the efficiency of the construction industry, the BIM standard system construction must be improved, and, furthermore, the transformation of the organizational model of engineering construction needs to be actively explored, so as to maximize the advantages of BIM technology according to the actual project condition.
