摘要
随着建筑节能工作的持续深入,建筑材料也逐渐趋于轻质、保温、高强、耐久,该文以重庆市典型多层和高层住宅项目为例,从建筑结构、节能效率、成本效益等方面对比分析了传统外保温体系与结构陶粒混凝土自保温体系的特点,表明:在保证结构安全的前提下,结构陶粒混凝土自保温体系在综合成本、节能效率等方面具有较明显的优势,是夏热冬冷地区建筑节能发展的一个思路和方向。
With the development of building energy conservation, building materials are getting more lightweight and heat-retaining, with greater high strength and durability. Based on the typical multi-storey and high-rise residential projects in Chongqing, this paper comparatively analyzes the characteristics of the traditional external insulation system and the self-insulation system of structured ceramsite from the perspectives of building structure, energy conservation efficiency, cost benefit and so on. It shows that under the premise of ensuring structural safety, the structured ceramsite concrete's self-insulation system has noticeable advantages in comprehensive cost and energy saving efficiency. It can be a reference for the building energy conservation development in the area with parched summer and freezing winter.
