摘要 该文分析双曲拱桥拆除现存问题和常用拆除方法,根据当前拆除机械的发展,对大型挖掘机配加长臂在双曲拱桥拆除施工中的应用的可行性问题进行论述。并以跨河河流流量随季节变化明显、粤北山区区域特点突出及跨径桥长桥高等参数有代表性的三座双曲拱桥拆除为例,通过选择合理的施工期、布设合理的河面施工平台道路、配置合适机型加长臂及编制拆除施工安全作业方案规程等方面的实践,对大型挖掘机配加长臂拆除双曲拱桥施工技术进行了研究。实践证明,大型挖掘机配加长臂拆除双曲拱桥施工技术是一种技术简单、安全可控、施工快捷、成本低廉的拱桥拆除技术,对以后类似项目施工有参考借鉴的作用。 This paper analyzes the existing problems and the most used demolition methods of double-curved arch bridges. Given the development of the current demolition machinery, this paper discusses the application feasibility of large excavators with long arms in the demolition construction of double-curved arch bridges. Based on the demolition of three double-curved arch bridges which has typical parameters like obvious stream flow change with seasons, prominent mountainous region features in northern Guangdong and the long-span bridge length and height, this paper studies the construction technology of double-curved arch bridge demolition with large excavator with long arms from the selection of a reasonable construction period, the arrangement of reasonable river construction platforms and roads, the configuration of the appropriate model extension arm and the formulation of the safety operation plan and regulation for the demolition construction. It has been proved that this construction technology is a simple, secure and controllable arch demolition technology, with a short construction period and low cost, which can be used for reference in the construction of similar projects in the future.
