老挝粮食安全及相关政策

Food Security and It's Policy in Lao PDR

粮食安全是一国经济安全的重要指标,为了保障本国的粮食安全,老挝政府采取了一系列措施提高粮食产量,但是由于老挝交通基础设施、农业科技以及粮食储备的落后,老挝粮食在生产、保存、加工中损耗严重;另一方面随着老挝人口及赴老挝旅游的国际游客增加,对粮食、肉类、鱼类产品的消费也在增长,老挝的粮食安全问题依然严峻。本文从老挝粮食生产、粮食供给和消费安全三个方面分析了老挝粮食安全的现状和存在的问题,介绍了相关的农业发展政策,对研究老挝粮食安全和开展与老挝的农业合作有重要的参考价值和实际意义。

Food security is an important indicator of a country＇ s economic security. In order to ensure its food security,the Lao government has adopted a series of measures to increase grain production,but because Laos transportation infrastructure,science and technology of agricultural and grain reserves are very backward,Lao food serious loss in the process of production storage processing. On the other hand,as the population of Laos and international tourists traveling to Laos increase,the consumption of food,meat and fish products is also increasing,So the food security problem in Laos remains serious. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of food security in the Lao,from the three aspects of Lao food production,food supply and consumption security,and introduces the related agricultural development policies. It has important reference value and practical significance for studying food security in Laos and carrying out agricultural cooperation with Laos.
