湖南机械装备制造业发展途径及财政政策研究

Development Approaches & Fiscal Policy Study on Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Hunan

针对湖南机械装备产业发展呈现工业化中后期固有的增速趋缓、增加值和利税趋于平稳的主要特征,本文通过分析湖南机械装备产业发展的现状和产业集聚程度,提出政府加大对装备制造业的投入,以财政政策支持装备制造业技术引领、创新驱动、人才培养与引进,加强企业与高校校企合作的战略联盟,提升装备制造业市场竞争力,促进湖南机械装备业的发展。

In view of the economic growth and industrial added value and profits tax of equipment manufacturing industry is slowing in late industrialization of Machinery industry development in Hunan, this paper analyzes the present situation and the degree of industrial agglomeration of equipment manufacturing industry, proposes the government should increase the investment in the equipment manufacturing industry to support equipment manufacturing technology leading and innovation driven and talent cultivation and introduction,strengthen the strategic alliance between enterprises and colleges by university-industry cooperation, to enhance market competitiveness and promote the development of machinery equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan.
