摘要 开展食品安全科普活动,是提高公众食品安全意识和能力的重要途径。文章介绍了广东轻工职业技术学院食品安全科普队的建立过程,并总结了食品安全科普活动的成绩和经验。由高校食品专业学生组建食品安全科普队,开展形式多样、互动体验的食品安全科普活动,是可行的和值得鼓励的。这样可以充分发挥高校食品专业的技术优势、人才优势,推动我国食品安全科普活动能持续、广泛开展。 It's an important way to improve consumers' awareness and ability of food safety by the science popularization activities of food safety.The establishment process of the science popularization team of food safety in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic was introduced.Achievements and experience of the science popularization activities of food safety were also summarized. It was feasible and supported to set up a science popularization team of food safety by students of food specialties in colleges and universities to carry out science popularization activities with various forms and interactive experiences. Through these, the technical and talent advantages of the food specialty in colleges and universities could be fully played, and the continuous and extensive development of the science popularization activities of food safety in China could be promoted.
