摘要
沥青路面具有表面平整、无接缝、行车舒适、振动小、噪音低、耐磨、施工期短、养护维修简便的特点,在我国公路路面中广泛使用。但沥青材料温度稳定性差,冬季易脆裂,夏季易软化;压实的混合料空隙率大,耐水性差,易产生水损坏;沥青耐老化性差,耐久性不易保证,而且材料软化易形成车辙。对沥青路面进行科学、合理的养护,能够延长路面的使用寿命,减少路面的大规模维修,减少维修成本。本文结合实体工程,对同步碎石封层在我国西北地区国省干线公路沥青路面预防性养护中的应用进行了阐述、总结。
Asphalt pavement is characterized by its smooth surface, no joints, comfortable driving, low vibration, low noise, wear resistance, short construction period and easy maintenance, so it is widely used in road pavement in China. However, bituminous materials have poor temperature stability, brittleness in winter and softening in summer. Compacted aggregates have large voidage, poor water resistance, and are prone to water damage. Asphalts have poor aging resistance, its durability is not easy to guarantee, and the materials soften may form ruts. The scientific and reasonable maintenance of asphalt pavement can prolong the service life of the road surface, reduce the large-scale maintenance of the road surface and reduce the maintenance cost. Based on the physical engineering, this article describes and summarizes the application of synchronous crushed stone seal in the preventive maintenance of the asphalt pavement of the provincial highways in the northwest of China.
