摘要
商洛历史文化悠久,地理位置特殊,赋予了其独特的绿色传统文化以及人文环境。本文选取6种具有商洛市特色风味的食品,通过问卷、走访调查其受欢迎的程度,从原料加工的角度得出当地居民饮食和健康的相关性,分析商洛饮食对人体健康的影响,旨在保持"绿色"传统基础上对推广特色饮食文化做出建议。
The long history of culture and special geographical position of Shangluo have given its unique green traditional culture and the humanities environment. Based on questionnaire survey and interview, six kinds of special foods in Shangluo were selected according to their popularity; meanwhile, from the perspective of raw materials processing, the correlation of these 6 types of foods and local residents' health were studied to analyze the effect of food on human health. The purpose is to keep and promote traditional food culture healthier.
