摘要
为解决软件人才培养过程中实习岗位严重不足的问题,基于翻转式教学理念,提出基于仿真企业的翻转式创新创业软件人才培养的课程体系、运行机制和评价机制。教学过程中,学生进行自主性、研究性和合作性学习,按照实际企业项目开发规范,由浅入深、由易到难地开发实训项目,提高学生专业知识的实际应用能力和创新创业能力。
In order to increase the internship positions in the process of software personnel training,a new scheme is proposed which is about innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training. By flip teaching, students' autonomy, research and cooperative learning are increased. According to the actual enterprise project development standard, the practical training project is developed from the shallow to the deep, from the easy to the difficult. The students can improve the practical application ability and creative ability of professional knowledge.
