浅析高职院校兼职教师队伍现状及发展途径研究——以陕西高职院校为例

Analysis of the Status Quo and Development of Part-time Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges:Take Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi as an Example

"校企合作"、"工学结合"是职业院校发展的有效途径,由此来看,高职院校兼职教师是职业教育发展不可缺少的一部分。教育教学是体现一个学院发展高度的整体水平,如何使兼职教师为学院发展贡献应有之力,须将其纳入到学院教师整体队伍,制定合理的管理制度,有计划的培养培训,使高职院校与企业行业真正做到无缝对接。

＂College-enterprise cooperation＂ and ＂combination of work and study＂ are effective approaches for the development of vocational colleges. From this point of view, part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges are an indispensable part of the development of vocational education. Education and teaching reflect the overall level of a college＇s development. In order to make part-time teachers contribute to the development of the college, it is necessary to include them in the overall rank of the faculty of teachers, develop a reasonable management system, and plan training to make higher vocational education and enterprises integrated seamless.
