为了提高当代高职生的综合素质,在传统的方法已经无法适应的情况下,运用"互联网+"的方式,帮助完善班级管理机制,改革班级评选体系,提高学生的民主意识;帮助完善学生会和协会的"第二课堂",提高学生自我管理能力;帮助学生树立正确的社会主义价值观,引导高职生的思想政治教育。从这三个方面提高了高职生的社会素质能力。运用"微课"、"慕课"转换教师和学生的角色,发挥学生自主学习能动性,提升高职生的职业素质能力。从而,全面提高新时代高职生的综合素质,适应了时代的发展。
