摘要 针对Terfenol-D传感器能够适用于管道任意表面检测问题,文中设计了一种刀型结构Terfenol-D传感器来实现与管道任意表面耦合。运用传输线法研究刀型结构Terfenol-D传感器的激励线圈参数对激励效果的影响。建立管道导波检测试验系统,分别采集线径为0.1~0.3 mm和线圈匝数为60~240匝多组检测信号样本,从信号样本中提取第一条焊缝的回波系数并绘制不同的图形进行分析。试验结果表明,回波系数随着线圈匝数的增加而增大;回波系数随着线径的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;该结构的最佳激励线圈参数为线圈匝数为180匝,线径为0.15 mm。 A Terfenol-D sensor with a knife structure is designed to meet the problem of arbitrary surface inspection of the pipe. The Terfenol-D sensor can be applied to any surface of the pipe. The influence of the excitation coil parameters of the Terfenol-D sensor on the excitation effect is studied by using the transmission line method. The test system of pipeline guided wave detection was established,and the samples with the diameter of 0. 1- 0. 3 mm and the turns of the coil were collected from 60 to 240 turns. The echo coefficients of the first weld were extracted from the signal samples and plotted Different graphics for analysis. The experimental results show that the echo coefficient increases with the number of turns of the coil. The echo coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of the diameter. The optimal excitation coil parameter is the coil turns 180 turns,diameter of 0. 15 mm.
