摘要
在EPC项目管理全过程中,成本管理始终是项目管理的重要组成部分。它贯穿于项目建设的全过程。为追求合理的投资回报,成本控制更是其工作的重中之重。本人参与了多个总承包项目成本管理工作,现结合输电工程管理过程中的相关经验进行探讨学习。
In the whole process of EPC project management,cost management is always an important part of project management and it runs through the entire process of project construction.In order to pursue a reasonable return on investment,cost control is the most important task of its work.The author has participated in the cost management of a number of general contracting projects.In this paper the related experience in the management of transmission projects is discussed.
