摘要
我国的建筑工程相关设施应用的较为普及,规模不断扩大,这些建筑项目在人们的生产生活中起着关键作用。然而我国的建筑项目因技术不到位,很多的建筑项目都面临的的一个共同问题就是渗漏。为提升建筑工程质量,一定要完成好防渗防水工作。一般的需要人工辅助操作,施工限制因素多。通过数据分析得出,建筑工程防渗问题出现的前提因素是设计,因此在施工阶段一定要采取科学合理的施工技术,这对于建筑工程防水防渗水平的增强有重要意义。
The application of construction-related facilities in China is relatively popular and the scale is continuously expanding.These architectural projects play a key role in people's production and life.However,due to the insufficiency of technology in China's construction projects,a common problem faced by many construction projects is leakage.In order to improve the quality of construction projects,it is imperative to complete the work of seepage prevention and waterproofing.It usually needs artificial auxiliary operations,and there are many construction restrictions factors.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the precondition of the seepage problem of the construction project is the design.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt scientific and reasonable construction technology during the construction phase,which is of great significance to the enhancement of the waterproof and impervious level of the construction project.
