The Performance Reevaluation about Ocean Forecast and Marine Disaster Warning Special Work Carried and Broadcasted by Media

媒体刊播海洋预报和海洋灾害警报专项工作在江苏南通已开展三年,社会公众对这项工作是否认可,政府资金是否起到实效,前期对专项工作进行了绩效自评价。本次通过业务数据统计与访谈、问卷调查取得的信息,使用绩效再评价规则编制了评价指标和评分标准,从"项目决策"、"项目管理"、"项目绩效"、"影响力因素"四大类对专项进行绩效再评分,最终评分为93.38分。评价结果充分肯定了专项工作开展的必要性,并针对问题提出可行的意见建议。

The ocean forecast and marine disaster warning special work has been carried and broadcasted by media for three years in Nantong of Jiangsu,Whether perception from society public about this work and government funds are effective,we have carried out performance self evaluation of special work in the early stage.This time we utilized the information from business data statistics and interview,as well as questionnaire investigation,to compile the evaluation index and grading standard using performance reevaluation rules,to complete performance reevaluation of special work from four aspects about project decision,project management,project performance and influence factors,the final score is 93.38 points.The results of the evaluation fully affirm the necessity of the special work,and put forward some feasible suggestions in view of the problem.
