摘要
随着社会经济体制的改革和完善,极大地促进了我国百货商场的发展,同时也将大型百货商场的建设规模推向了高潮。大型百货商场作为商业的巨头,不仅给人们的生活带来了便利性,对于国民经济的增长也起着重要的作用。然而由于大型百货商场的建筑耗资大、对城市的风貌和布局影响广,一些建筑企业无法真正掌握它的实用性和经济性,致使在商场的建设过程中出现商业性超过实用性和顾客需求或无法满足市场需求等问题。为了更好地维护国民利益,促进城市和谐发展,本文将展开对商场建成环境使用后评价体系的深入研究,分析当前国内的使用现状并提出有效的解决方法。
With the reform and improvement of the social economic system,the development of department stores in China has been greatly promoted,and the construction scale of large-scale department stores has also been promoted.As a commercial giant,large department stores not only bring convenience to people's lives,but also play an important role in the growth of the national economy.However,due to the large construction cost of large department stores and their impact on the city's appearance and layout,some construction companies cannot truly grasp its practicability and economy,resulting in commercial issues that are more practical than practical and customer needs or unable to meet market needs during the construction of shopping malls.In order to better protect the national interest and promote the harmonious development of the city,this article will carry out an in-depth study of the post-use evaluation system for the built environment of the mall,analyze the current domestic use situation and propose effective solutions.
