摘要 为提升事业单位的工作效率,近年来我国政府采取了多项改革措施,其中绩效工资制度改革是最重要的一项内容。目前,我国事业单位的岗位绩效工资制度在制定和执行的过程中,存在一定的不足,使得事业单位的工作开展受到了一定的影响。在新的时代背景下,对事业单位的工作效率提出了更高的要求,因此也提升了绩效工资制度改革的重要性。本文就相关问题进行了分析,并提出了改革措施。 In order to improve the work efficiency of institutions,the China's government has adopted a number of reform measures in recent years,of which the reform of the performance-related pay system is the most important one.At present,there are certain deficiencies in the process of formulating and implementing the performance-related pay system of China's institutions,which has caused the work of the institutions to be affected.In the new era,higher requirements have been put on the work efficiency of institutions,and this has also increased the importance of the reform of the performance-related pay system.This article analyzes related issues and proposes reform measures.
