论自密实混凝土在施工中的应用

Application of Self-Compacting Concrete in Construction

自密实混凝土(Self-Consolidating Concrete或Self-Compacting Concrete简称SCC)是指在自身重力作用下,能够流动、密实,即使存在致密钢筋也能完全填充模板,同时获得很好均质性,并且不需要附加振动的混凝土。本文针对自密实混凝土在施工中的应用进行了分析,首先分析了自密实混凝土的特点,然后对自密实混凝土施工要点进行了阐述,以使施工人员更好地对其进行了解,在对公路工程进行施工的过程中发挥出更大的作用,以便相应的施工质量得到有效的控制。

Self-consolidating concrete（self-consolidating concrete or self-compacting concrete referred to as SCC） means that under the action of its own gravity,it can flow and compact,even if there is dense steel,it can completely fill the template,and at the same time obtain good homogeneity,and no additional vibration of the concrete.This paper analyzes the application of self-compacting concrete in construction.First of all,it analyzes the characteristics of self-compacting concrete,and then elaborates the construction points of self-compacting concrete so that construction personnel can better understand it.It will play a greater role in the construction of the highway project so that the corresponding construction quality can be effectively controlled.
