大学生就业力调查及提升策略研究——以嘉兴学院商学院毕业生为例

Investigation on the Employability of College Students and the Research on Lifting Strategy:Taking the Graduate of the School of Business of Jiaxing University as an Example

本文通过对嘉兴学院商学院大四学生进行调查,将其各项自我测评分数与构建的大学生就业力评价指标相对应,对嘉兴学院商学院大四学生的就业力进行评定。根据实践结果,对如何提高大学生就业力从用人单位、高校和大学生角度提出了相关建议。

In this paper,The investigation on the senior students of business school of Jiaxing University was carried out,and their self-assessment scores were compared with the established evaluation index of the college students＇ employability,and the employability of the senior students of business school of Jiaxing University was evaluated.According to the practical results,the suggestions about how to improve the employability of college student from enterprises,universities and college students have been proposed.
