摘要
文章深入分析了当前高职院校就业推荐工作中存在的显著问题,充分探讨了就业推荐工作中实施电子商务模式的可行性,具体从搭建就业电子商务平台、合理分配功能权限、充分发挥平台监控作用、切实维护平台运行四个方面阐述了电子商务就业平台的应用思路,以期进一步提高高职院校就业推荐工作的效率和公平性。
This paper analyzes the significant problems of the employment recommendation in the current vocational colleges deeply,and then discusses fully about the feasibility of the implementation of e-business model in the employment recommendation work.This paper describes the application idea of e-business employment platform in these four aspects,such as the building of e-business employment platform,the reasonable distribution of the function jurisdiction,the fully playing to the platform for monitoring and the effectively safeguarding of the platform,in order to further improve the efficiency and fairness about the employment recommendation work in the vocational colleges.
