基于多因素分析的CBD停车配建研究

Study on CBD appertaining parking on the basis of various factors

为合理确定CBD地区停车配建规模,对土地利用、路网承载力、公共交通服务水平、泊位共享等影响因素进行了分析,以长沙火宫殿城周边地区为例,提出了以路网容量和理想的公交服务水平匡定的配建指标为边界条件、以基于泊位共享理论的指标为校验标准的CBD地区停车配建指标确定方法,实现了CBD地区配建停车的供需平衡,为CBD地区停车配建决策提供了依据。

In order to rationally determine CBD appertaining parking scale,the paper analyzes influential factors,such as land utilization,road network bearing capacity,public traffic service level and parking-space-sharing and so on. Taking surrounding areas of Huogongdian city in Changsha as an example,it proposes to take road network capacity and ideal public service level appertaining parking as boundary conditions,to take parking-space-sharing index as examining CBD appertaining parking index determination methods,so as to realize the supply-demand balance of CBD appertaining parking,which has provided some guidance for CBD appertaining parking decision.
