This paper emphasized the importance of urban spatial characteristics,through the excavation and utilization of existing cultural resources and ecological environment landscape elements in Lingchuan County,in the urban overall planning stage,using the concept and techniques of urban design,formed the urban features of ＂mountain with the city,city with the mausoleum,residence with the potential,building with the green,water with the mountain＂.
