基于公共政策视角谈我国城乡规划实施评估的问题与改进

Problems and improvement of implementation of urban and rural planning in China based on public policy perspective

我国城乡规划的实施存在目的偏离、内容局限、机制欠缺的问题,通过公共政策视角提出了针对这些问题的改进措施,从而为后续城乡规划工作的实施提供一定的建议。

The implementation of urban and rural planning in China has some problems,such as the purpose deviation,the content limitation and the lack of mechanism. Based on the public policy perspective,this paper puts forward the improvement measures aiming at these problems,and provides some suggestions for the implementation of subsequent urban and rural planning.
