摘要
随着经济的发展,转换结构被逐渐应用于高层建筑,因其可以创造出底部大空间为人们提供大面积的景观、绿地、公共休闲场所等,故而越来越多的高端住宅、商业建筑采用这种结构形式。通过对7度区一栋商住建筑采用框支剪力墙结构,并在高位进行转换的结构设计及计算分析,结合规范的具体要求,给出一些此类问题的解决方法及建议。
With the development of the economy,the transformation structure gradually applied to the high-rise buildings,because it could create bottom large space for people to provide large area of landscape,green space,public leisure places and so on,so more and more high-end residential,commercial buildings adopt this kind of structure form. Through the structure design and calculation analysis on a commercial and residential building in 7 degree area using frame supported shear wall structure,and made transformation in high position,combining with the specific requirements of standard,gave some solutions and suggestions for such problems.
