介绍了工程量清单计价的概念,分析了工程量清单计价的应用情况,从工程招标阶段、招标单位做标书阶段、评标阶段和工程量变更四方面,提出了工程量清单计价的工程造价控制策略,有利于工程量清单计价的工程造价控制。

This paper introduces the concept of bill of quantities valuation,analyzes the application of bill of quantities valuation,and puts forward the engineering cost control strategies of engineering bidding stage,bidding unit bidding stage,bid evaluation stage and engineering quantity change four bill valuation strategies. It is hoped that this can be used as a reference in the engineering cost control of bill of quantities valuation.
