观察双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊在稳定期COPD的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable Capsules Dissolving at Intestines in stable COPD

目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊在稳定期COPD的临床疗效。方法:筛选在我院门诊长期随访42例患者,随机分为常规组及对照组各21例,其中对照组为常规组+双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊,随访结束后比较2组病例急性发作次数、治疗前后改良呼吸困难指数(m MRC)评分及肺功能[FEV1、FEV1%、(FEV1/FVC)%]变化。结果:对照组急性发作次数较常规组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良呼吸困难指数(m MRC)评分比较治疗后对照组较治疗前降低,且低于常规组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能各指标比较治疗后对照组各指标均较治疗前升高,且高于常规组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率接近。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊在稳定期COPD治疗过程中具有减少患者急性发作次数,降低m MRC评分,改善肺功能临床功效,且用药安全。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable Capsules Dissolving at Intestines in stable COPD. Methods： 42 patients were followed up in our hospital for a long time. They were randomly divided into routine group and control group（ 21 cases in each group）. The control group was the conventional group ＋ Bifid Triple Viable Capsules Dissolving in eachnasesat Intestines. After the follow-up,the number of acute attacks in 2 groups,the improved dyspnea index（ mMRC） score and lung function before and after treatment（ FEV1,FEV1%） were compared. Change,（ FEV1/FVC） %）. Results： The number of episodes in the control group was less than that in the conventional group（ P〈0. 05）,and the improved respiratory difficulty index（ mMRC） score of the control group was lower than that before the treatment,and it was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the indexes of the control group were higher than those before the treatment,and the results were higher than those before the treatment,and Compared with the conventional group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar. Conclusion： In the process of stable COPD treatment,Bifid Triple Viable Capsules Dissolving at Intestines can reduce the number of acute attacks of patients,reduce the mMRC score,improve the clinical efficacy of lung function,and the safety of drug use.
