网络咨询平台对促进母乳喂养成功率的效果观察

Effect of Network Counseling Platform on Promoting the Success Ratio of Breastfeeding

目的:观察网络咨询平台对促进母乳喂养成功率的效果。方法:选取2016年1~4月在我院生产的初产妇140例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各70例。对照组采用常规的宣教方式,实验组通过网络平台进行宣教,对比两组产妇对产褥期知识的掌握程度、健康行为情况和婴儿疫苗接种率。结果:通过网络平台接受宣教的实验组产妇对于产褥期护理、健康行为、婴儿体重和疫苗接种等方面的知识了解明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:通过网络平台对产妇进行宣教,能够有效提升母乳喂养率,产妇对产褥期的知识了解得更多,有利于提高产妇的生活质量,确保母婴的身心健康。

Objective： To observe the effect of network counseling platform on promoting the success ratio of breastfeeding. Method： A hundred and forty primiparas admitted in Ganzhou Women and Children＇s Health Care Hospital from January to April,2016 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,70 cases in each group. In the control group,the routine mode of education was adopted,and the experimental group was carried out through the network platform. The knowledge of puerperium,the health behavior and the rate of infant vaccination rate were compared between the two groups. Results： The experimental group who received the knowledge through the network platform did better than that of the control group in aspects of puerperal nursing,healthy behavior,infant weight and vaccination. There was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The network platform of maternal education can effectively improve the breastfeeding rate and make maternity patient know more about the puerperium. It is beneficial to improve the quality of life and ensure the physical and mental health of the mother and infant.
