乌司他丁联合血塞通注射液治疗老年急性胰腺炎的临床研究

A clinical study on ulinastatin combined with xuesaitong injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨乌司他丁联合血塞通注射液治疗老年急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 150例老年急性胰腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组各75例,对照组采用乌司他丁治疗,观察组采用乌司他丁联合血塞通注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、可溶性细胞黏附因子1、二胺氧化酶、D乳酸、白介素6降低,白蛋白、前白蛋白升高(P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、可溶性细胞黏附因子1、二胺氧化酶、D乳酸、白介素6低于对照组,白蛋白、前白蛋白、治疗总有效率高于对照组,临床病症好转时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、首次排便时间、饮食开放时间、C反应蛋白恢复正常时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合血塞通注射液治疗老年急性胰腺炎的疗效显著且安全性高。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with xuesaitong injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods One hundred and fifty elderly patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into observation or control groups by using random number table method,75 in each group.The control group was treated with ulinastatin while the observation group was treated with ulinastatin combined with xuesaitong injection.Treatment effect and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TNFα,CRP,s ICAM-1,DAO,D lactic acid and IL-6 were decreased while the levels of albumin and prealbumin were increased in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.The levels of TNFα,CRP,s ICAM-1,DAO,D lactic acid and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of albumin,prealbumin and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The clinical symptoms improvement time,blood amylase returned to normal time,the first defecation time,diet opening time,CRP returned to normal time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with xuesaitong injection has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pancreatitis.
