摘要
目的调查分析不同科室老年住院患者营养风险发生率及营养状况,为老年住院患者合理的营养支持提供依据。方法调查分析543例内外科老年住院患者营养风险发生率、营养状况及白蛋白、血红蛋白等生化指标。结果老年住院患者营养风险发生率为45.5%,外科高于内科(P<0.01)。接近50%的老年住院患者存在营养不良,其中超重或肥胖达34.1%,营养不足的发生率为13.2%。此外,老年住院患者低蛋白血症及贫血发生率均较高分别为71.8%、41.6%,且外科高于内科(P<0.05)。结论老年住院患者营养风险、营养不良、低蛋白血症及贫血发生率均较高,有必要进一步加强老年住院患者,特别是外科老年患者的营养支持。
Objective To investigate and comparatively analyze the incidence of nutritional risk and nutritional status of elderly inpatients in different departments in order to provide clinical evidence for nutritional support in elderly inpatients.Methods A total of 543 elderly inpatients who met the inclusion criteria of the protocol were enrolled.The incidence of nutritional risk,nutritional status,blood albumin( ALB) and hemoglobin( HGB) were evaluated.Results The incidence of nutritional risk was 45. 5% in elderly inpatients in which the incidence in surgical department inpatients were higher than that in internal medicine department inpatients( P〈0. 01).A half of elderly inpatients were malnutrition in which about 34. 1% were overweight or obesity and 13. 2% were under-nutrition.Furthermore,the incidence of low blood albumin was 71. 8% and anemia was 41. 6%. The incidence in surgical department inpatients was higher than that in internal medicine department inpatients( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The elderly inpatients have high nutritional risk,high incidence of malnutrition and low blood albumin and anemia.It's necessary to enhance standard nutritional support in elderly inpatients,especially surgical department elderly inpatients.
