医生艾滋病职业暴露防护知识现状调查

A survey on the protection knowledge of occupational exposure to AIDS in medical doctors

目的调查四川省各级医疗机构医生对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识现状,为开展医生艾滋病职业暴露防护知识培训,减少医生艾滋病职业暴露提供依据。方法 2015年9月至2016年1月采用多阶段抽样方法,以四川省艾滋病高流行地区、中流行地区、低流行地区各级医疗机构的476名医生为调查对象,采用问卷的方式对医生艾滋病职业暴露防护知识的掌握情况进行调查。结果四川省各级医疗机构医生艾滋病职业暴露防护知识总体知晓率为71.65%,其中三级医院为81.72%,二级医院为73.56%,二级以下医院为60.72%。各级医疗机构中医生对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识的掌握率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同科室医生对艾滋病职业暴露防护知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医生对艾滋病防护知识的知晓情况整体处于中等水平,不能满足工作的需要,应根据各级医院各科医生具体掌握情况有针对性开展艾滋病职业暴露防护知识培训,才能取得令人满意的效果。

Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge of occupational exposure protection among doctors in medical institutions at all levels in Sichuan Province,so as to provide evidence for training the doctors＇ occupational exposure protection knowledge and reducing the occupational exposure of doctors. Methods From September 2015 to January 2016,by using multistage sampling method,476 doctors at all levels of medical institutions in areas with high,medium and low HIV prevalence in Sichuan province were taken as research objects.The status of knowledge of occupational exposure protection among doctors was investigated with the method of questionnaire.Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge among doctors at all levels in Sichuan is 71. 65%,of which the tertiary hospitals were 81. 72%,the second class hospitals were 73. 56%,and the primary hospitals were 60. 72%.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Moreover,there was a significant difference in the protection knowledge among different department doctors（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Doctors＇ knowledge of AIDS protection is at a moderate level,which can＇t meet the needs of work.We should conduct targeted training of AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge according to the specific situation of doctors in all levels of hospitals,so as to achieve satisfactory results.
