滋肾续骨汤联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of “Zi Shen Xi Gu Decoction” in the treatment of senile vertebral compression fracture and its regulating effect on the related biochemical indexes

目的探讨滋肾续骨汤联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法 95例椎体压缩性骨折患者,均接受经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗,术后对照组给予常规治疗;观察组给予滋肾续骨汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、椎体高度及Cobb角变化、生化指标、腰椎骨密度、ODI评分及VAS疼痛评分。结果两组术后伤椎高度、Cobb角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率、BMD、生化指标变化幅度、ODI评分及VAS评分变化幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾续骨汤联合PVP可有效缓解老年性椎体压缩性骨折临床症状,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zi Shen Gu Gu decoction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile vertebral compression fractures.Methods All patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty（ PVP）.The control group was given conventional treatment after operation,while the observation group was treated with nourishing kidney and bone soup.The clinical efficacy,vertebral height and Cobb angle,biochemical index,lumbar bone mineral density,ODI score and VAS pain score were compared between the 2 groups.Results There was no significant difference in the height and Cobb angle between the two groups after operation（ P〈0. 05）.The total effective rate,BMD,biochemical changes,ODI scores and VAS scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The combination of Zi Shen Xu Gu Tang and PVP can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of senile vertebral compression fractures and has definite curative effect.
