安全护理在全麻产科术后护理中的应用效果

Application effect of safety nursing in obstetric postoperative care after general anesthesia

目的探讨安全护理在全麻产科术后护理中应用效果。方法我院产科2016年2月至2017年2月行全麻剖宫产手术的产妇80例,均给予安全护理,观察产妇的护理结果。结果本组产妇经安全护理后,均神志清醒,肌力、呼吸较满意,对刺激有言语和行为作答,咳嗽、吞咽等保护反射恢复,无需吸氧,血流动力学稳定,在PACU期间无产后出血,子宫宫缩良好,无并发症发生。结论通过在全麻剖宫产术后开展安全护理,能明显减少麻醉恢复期并发症的发生风险,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of postoperative safe nursing in obstetric operation patients under general anesthesia.Methods Eighty patients with cesarean section under general anesthesia in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 received the safety nursing during postoperative anesthetic period.The nursing effect in these patients was observed.Results The patients after safety nursing were all conscious with satisfactory muscle strength and breathing.They had voice and behavior response and protective reflection,such as cough and swallow,to stimulation.They did not need oxygen uptake.Their hemodynamic was stable.There was no postpartum hemorrhage.Uterine contractions were good.No complications occurred during the period of PACU. Conclusion The application of safe nursing to obstetric operation patient under general anesthesia can reduce the complications in anesthetic recovery period.It has significant clinical value in improving the quality of obstetrics.
