摘要
近年来,应用型本科院校双创教育发展迅速,但是也还存在诸多需要改进的地方,其中如何提升双创教育课程教师教学能力就是当前亟待解决的一个问题。儒家对教育的作用、目的、内容、原则、方法等很多方面都有过较系统而精辟的阐述,这些教化育人的理论和方法至今仍能给从事大学生双创教育教学的教师们带来深刻的启迪。双创教育教师要开拓视野,积极学习,改变封闭式教学方式,努力结合社会实际需求,从事与生产一线关系密切的应用型科研,并把研究成果转化运用到实际教学中去,这样才能真正地提升教学能力。
In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education application-oriented universities has developed rapidly,but there is still room for improvement in many aspects. How to improve the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is an urgent problem to be solved. Confucianism has a systematic and incisive exposition of the role,purpose,content,principle and method of education. These education theories and methods still can provide profound enlightenment for teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The teachers should broaden their horizons,learn actively,change the closed teaching method,try to combine the practical needs of the society to engage in applied scientific research which is closely related to production,and transform the research results into practical teaching. In this way,they can really improve the teaching ability.
