主体性视域下体育教师专业发展路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 在教育变革程度不断加深的社会背景下,教师专业发展不仅能够提高教师的专业素养,而且能够带动教学改革走向深入。尤其是针对体育教师这一特殊的群体,由于与一般的教师相比较,体育教师在社会上的地位更低。无论是家长,还是学校,甚至是体育教师对自己的地位都没有形成正确的认知。因此,作为体育教师,其要实现真正意义上的发展,必须不断推动自身的专业化发展。而从主体性视域层面看,教师的专业化发展必须彰显教师的主体地位,从主体性视角提升教师的自我意识,为其专业化发展提供理论支持。 Under the social background of deepening educational transformation,the professional development of teachers can not only improve teachers' professional accomplishment,but also deepen teaching reform,especially for the special group of PE teachers,who have a lower status in the society compared with general teachers. Neither parents nor schools,or even physical education teachers themselves,have a correct understanding of their position. Therefore,in order to realize the true development,physical education teachers must continue to promote our own professional development. From the perspective of subjectivity,teachers' professional development must demonstrate the dominant position of teachers and enhance teachers' self-awareness from the perspective of subjectivity so as to provide theoretical support for their professional development.
