摘要
在文秘专业中《秘书心理学》是其重要课程之一。因为课程设置时间较短,在教学方面的经验还不是很丰富,所以,这一课程的课程教学模式需要通过摸索,不断地进行变革和创新。针对《秘书心理学》这一课程进行分析,提出从教材内容调整、多样化教学方式以及全面进行课堂评价三个层面逐步实现对《秘书心理学》这一课程教学的完善,深化对这一课程教学模式的思考,推动《秘书心理学》这一课程的逐步健全,让其课堂教学取得更为理想的效果,为秘书这一专业的毕业生有更好的素质提供强有力的支持,提升秘书工作的整体效率。
Secretarial Psychology is one of the important courses in secretarial specialty. Because the curriculum has been established for a short period of time,the teaching experience is not very rich. Therefore,the curriculum teaching mode of this course needs constant change and innovation through exploration. This article analyzes the course of Secretary Psychology,and proposes that the teaching of Secretary Psychology should be perfected step by step by the adjustment of teaching material content,diversified teaching methods and the overall evaluation of the classroom. Reflecting on this course teaching mode and promoting the gradual perfection of the course of Secretary Psychology,the classroom teaching can achieve more satisfactory results,provide strong support for the better quality of secretary graduates and enhance the overall efficiency of the secretary's work.
