高等职业教育旨在培养高素质的应用型复合人才,培养学生的综合职业能力。当前高等职业院校教学改革的关键是如何将教学过程与相关工作岗位的工作过程有效对接。教学过程并不是简单地完全等同于工作过程,它应该是把从实际工作任务中提炼出来的典型工作任务,通过模块化、项目化模式来应用到教学中。

Higher vocational education is to train highly-qualified personnel and develop students＇ comprehensive vocational abilities. Effective combination of teaching process and the working process of relevant positions is the key to the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges and universities. The teaching process is not equal to the work process,but it is a typical task refined from the actual work tasks,applied into teaching by means of modules and projects.
