产教融合背景下高职教师专业化发展的现实困境与对策研究

Research on the Realistic Predicament and Countermeasures of Professional Development of Higher Vocational Teachers under the Background of Production and Education Integration

产教融合指的是将产业与职业教育融为一体,并由职业院校和行业企业共同来承担培养技术技能人才的任务,充分发挥育人双主体的作用,从而达到高职院校人才培养质量和企业生产效益提高的目的。基于此,阐述高职教师专业化发展的定义,并讨论产教融合背景下高职教师专业化发展存在的现实困境,针对当前所面临的困境提出了相关的解决对策,以期为今后的研究提供一些有力依据。

The integration of production and education refers to the integration of industry and vocational education,and vocational colleges and enterprises shoulder the task of training the technical and skilled talents,bringing the role of the dual subjects of educating people into full play so as to realize the purpose of improving talent training quality of higher vocational college and production efficiency of enterprises. This paper expounds the definition of professional development of higher vocational teachers,discusses the existing difficulties in the professional development of higher vocational teachers in the context of the integration of production and education,and puts forward relevant solutions for the current difficulties so as to provide some strong evidence for future research.
