简论韩非学术思想渊源

摘要 韩非是先秦法家学派的集大成者,亦是先秦思想的殿军。目前学界对韩非的研究主要集中在《韩非子》著作考据及法、术、势三者相结合的历史意义方面,而未能将韩非的整个学术思想视作一个渐进、动态的学术演进过程,进而推演出整个先秦法家思想的学术渊源和生成路径。韩非乃韩国公子,早年受申子影响颇深;继而又研习黄老之术,将法家思想系统化、哲学化;韩非盛年之时拜荀子为师,有《杨权》《奸劫弑臣》篇传世;最后入秦,以《难言》绝笔。历史地解读韩非学术思想的起始、拓展、深化与定型是正确理解韩非思想的必要途径,也是深入研究法家思想的必由之路。 Han Fei was an integrator of the Pre-qin legalist,and an outstanding philosopher of Pre-qin. At present,the research of Han Fei mainly focuses on the verification of his work Han Feizi and the historical significance of combining laws,methods,and potentials. However,the whole academic thought of Han Fei are not regarded as a gradual and dynamic academic evolution process to deduce the academic origin and generation path of the whole Pre-qin legalist ideology. Han Fei was a noble of Han state,influenced by Shen Buhai deeply. Then he studied Huang Lao's thoughts,systematized and philosophized the legalist ideology. Han Fei learned from Xunzi,and wrote Yang Quan,Shi Chen and finally Nan Yan. Historically interpreting the origin,development,deepening and stereotype is a necessary way to understand his academic thoughts,and the only way to further study the thoughts of the legalists.
