环糊精水提法提取积雪草中的三萜类化合物 被引量:7

摘要 目的优化环糊精水提法提取积雪草中三萜类化合物的工艺。方法采用HPLC法测定积雪草中三萜类化合物的含量,以三萜类化合物的提取率为指标,单因素实验考察环糊精种类、浓度、料液比、药材粒度和提取时间对提取的影响,优化提取工艺。结果积雪草中三萜类化合物环糊精水提法的最佳提取条件为:γ-环糊精15mmol·L-1,药材粒度过6号筛,料液比选择1∶20(g·mL-1),提取时间为1h。结论环糊精水提法工艺合理、简单,具有经济、环保和安全的优点。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of triterpenoids fromCentella asiatica by cyclodextrin aqueous extraction.Methods The effects of cyclodextrin kinds and concentration,solid-liquid ratio,particle size and time on the extraction of triterpenoids fromCentella asiatica were studies by the single factor experiment on the basis of the dry extract yield,and the extraction process of triterpenoids fromCentella asiatica was optimized.Triterpenoids in Centella asiatica were determined by HPLC.Results The optimal extraction conditions of triterpenoids in Centella asiatica by cyclodextrin aqueous extraction were listed as follows:the concentration ofγ-cyclodextrin was 15 mmol·L^(-1),the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g·mL-1),the particle size was measured by passing 6 mesh sieve and the extraction time was 1 h.Conclusion Cyclodextrin water extraction is reasonable,simple,economical,environmental and safe.
