共水蒸馏当归川芎挥发油工艺优化及隔水蒸馏GC-MS的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究药对当归川芎挥发油提取工艺,并分析共水蒸馏与隔水蒸馏提取单味药、药对挥发油的GC-MS比较。方法采用共水蒸馏提取挥发油,在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken确定了提取当归川芎挥发油的最佳工艺条件,并利用GCMS对2种方法提取药对及各单味药材的挥发油成分进行鉴定。结果当归川芎最佳提取工艺为提取8h,料液比1∶8,浸泡时间0.5h;GC-MS分析挥发油含量最高的均为藁本内酯,不同方法提取其化学成分组成存在差异。结论用响应面法优化后的工艺合理可行,可用于药对当归川芎挥发油的提取;隔水蒸馏比共水蒸馏挥发油含量降低;药对提取挥发油具有加和性,但并非简单加和。 Objective To study the extraction technology of volatile oil fromAngelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,and to compare the volatile oil extracted by common water distillation and separated water distillation by GC-MS.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by water distillation.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Behnken was used to analyze the process conditions for extracting the essential oil from Angelica chuanxiong rhizome and the volatile oil components.The 2 methods were compared by GC-MS.Results The optimal extraction process for extracting Angelica Sinensis and Angelica Chuanxiong was as follows:the extraction time 8 h,the solid-liquid ratio 1∶8,and the soaking time 0.5 h.Ligustilide determined by GC-MS was the highest in the extracted chemical constituents.Conclusion The optimized procedure is reasonable and feasible,and can be used for the volatile oil extraction of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.The common water distillation method could extract more components than the separated water distillation.The water distillation has the additive effect on volatile oil,but it is not a simple addition.
