附蛭化痰汤治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征研究

Study of the treatment of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome with Leech Phlegm Decoction

目的探讨附蛭化痰汤治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取60例肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为2组。观察组给予附蛭化痰汤治疗,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)治疗。对比2组疗效及治疗前后T、LH和FSH水平。结果 2组疗效有显著差异,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前的T、LH和FSH和LH/FSH水平无差异。治疗3个月后的T、LH和LH/FSH水平较治疗前下降,对照组停药3个月后的T、LH和LH/FSH水平较治疗3个月后上升,观察组停药3个月后的T、LH和LH/FSH水平较治疗前下降,且与同期对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组FSH值在治疗各阶段无明显变化。治疗2个月及3个月后的转经率有差异,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肝功、肾功未出现明显异常;对照组患者有4例出现胃肠道反应,3例体质量增加及4例血脂异常。结论附蛭化痰汤治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the treatment of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome with Leech Phlegm Decoction（LPD）and Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets.Methods A total of 60 cases of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table.The observation group was treated with LPD,while the control group was treatment with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets（Diane-35）.The levels of T,LH and FSH were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences between the 2 groups,and the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）.There was no difference in T,LH,FSH and LH/FSH levels between the 2 groups before treatment.The levels of T,LH and LH/FSH decreased after 3 months of treatment compared with before treatment.The levels of T,LH and LH/FSH increased after 3 months of treatment withdrawal compared with 3 months after treatment in the control group.The levels of T,LH,LH/FSH levels decreased after 3 months of treatment withdrawal compared with before treatment in the observation group,and compared with the control group there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in liver function and renal function between the 2 groups.There were 4 cases of gastrointestinal reactions in the control group,3 cases of weight gain and 4 cases of dyslipidemia.Conclusion The treatment of kidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome with LPD is effective.
