益气软坚方联合针灸治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对相关指标的影响

Effect of Yiqiyruanjian Prescription combined with acupuncture on diabetic nephropathy and its influence on related indexes

目的探讨益气软坚方联合针灸治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的疗效及对血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)和肾功能指标的影响。方法将98例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为中医组和西医组,各49例,2组均给予西医基础疗法,中医组在西医治疗的基础上同时给予益气软坚方联合针灸治疗,连续治疗2个月;统计2组患者治疗前、后各临床指标变化情况,并比较其临床疗效。结果治疗后,中医组患者的血清HGF高于西医组(P<0.05),Cys C、TGF-β_1、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白(UAER)和β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)水平均低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后2组肾功能疗效评价,中医组显效率为20.41%,有效率为65.31%,西医组分别为10.20%和59.18%,2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组肾功能疗效评价,中医组显效率为20.41%,有效率为65.31%,西医组分别为10.20%和59.18%,2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医益气软坚方联合针灸治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肾功能并提高血清HGF水平、降低Cys C和TGF-β_1等临床指标水平表达。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqiyruanjian Prescription combined with acupuncture in treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）patients and the influence on serum hepatocyte growth factor（HGF）,cystatin C（Cys C）,transforming growth factor-β_1（TGF-β_1）and renal function indexes.Methods 98 patients with DN were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）group and western medicine group,49 patients in each.Both of the 2 groups were given the basic therapy of western medicine.The TCM group was given acupuncture at the same time,continuous treatment for 2 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared statistically.Results After treatment,the serum HGF of TCM group was higher than that of western medicine group（P0.05）,Cys C,TGF-β_1,serum creatinine（Scr）,nitrogen（BUN）,urinary albumin（UAER）andβ_2-microglobulin（β_2-MG）levels were lower than those of western medicine group（P0.05）;After treatment,the renal function of the 2 groups were evaluated（P0.05）.The efficiency and effective rate of the TCM group were 20.41% and 65.31%,while the western medicine group were 10.20% and 59.18%.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,the renal function evaluation and the effective rate of TCM group were 20.41% and 65.31%,while the western medicine group were 10.20% and 59.18%.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Yiqiyruanjian Prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of DN is significant,which can effectively improve the patient′s renal function and serum HGF levels,reduce the Cys C,TGF-β_1 and other clinical indicators of expression.
