摘要 目的综述近年国内外18β-甘草次酸结构修饰及生物活性的研究新进展,为传统中药甘草的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法通过检索国内外合成甘草次酸衍生物的相关文献,从18β-甘草次酸衍生物的化学合成、生物转化及生物活性等方面进行归纳和汇总。结果文献表明,近年来国内外专家合成了大量结构各异的甘草次酸衍生物,药理学研究发现其衍生物具有显著的抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种生物活性。结论甘草次酸衍生物具有广泛的药理作用,近期研究取得了很大进展,在医药学领域的研究和开发前景值得期待。 Objective To review the new advances in studies on the structural modification and biological activities of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid in recent years both domestic and abroad,which provides a basis for the further development and utilization of licorice in traditional Chinese medicines.Methods The chemical synthesis,biotransformation and biological activities of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives were reviewed and summarized through retrieving the related literatures.Results Literatures indicate that domestic and foreign experts have synthesized large amounts of glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives which have different structures.Pharmacological researches have demonstrated that the derivatives show significant anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-virus and other biological activities.Conclusion Glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives have extensive pharmacological effects and much progress has been made in recent studies.Therefore,their future research and development prospects in medicine are worth of looking forward to.
