摘要
以大孔交联聚丙烯酰胺树脂(PAM树脂)为载体,合成了N-甲基PAM改性树脂并测定了其在水中的溶胀性能及对水溶液中茶多酚的吸附等温线。实验结果表明,改性树脂与载体树脂相比,亲水性减弱,对茶多酚的吸附能力增强。还探讨了改性树脂的吸附机理和吸附热力学,研究结果表明N-甲基PAM树脂对茶多酚的吸附属于氢键吸附,疏水作用也是吸附的推动力之一。所研究的吸附过程是一个吸热的、自发的、熵增加的过程。
N-Methyl-PAM Resin was synthesized via carrier marcroporous crosslinked polyacrylamide resin(PAM Resin).The swelling property at aqueous of resin and adsorption isotherms of tea polyphenols from aqueous solution onto resin were determined.The results showed that the hydrophilicity of the modified resin was weaker than the carrier resin,and the ability to adsorb the tea polyphenols was enhanced.The adsorption mechanism and adsorption thermodynamics were studied.It is pointed out that adsorption of N-methyl PAM resin for tea polyphenols belongs to hydrogen bond adsorption,and hydrophobicity is also one of the driving forces of adsorption.The adsorption process is a process of endothermic,spontaneous and entropy increasing.
