摘要
学校体育"一校一品"建设是打破"千校一面"教育局面,落实学校体育教育目标的重要举措。为确保学校体育"一校一品"良性发展,采用文献资料、实地调查、深度访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法对广州市44所中小学体育"一校一品"的组织机构和制度、项目选择及实施模式进行分析;以问题为导向探讨在教育场域中组织机构、体育学科地位、校长和体育教师身份、学校体育突出问题可能带来的建设阻力;提出:应转变传统思维定式,正确认识建设目标、分层分批阶段性理性推进、凝聚各方合力,共建学校体育"一校一品"的建设策略。
School Sports"One School One Product"construction is to break the educational situation of"one thousand school one mode",and the important measures to implement the the goal of the school's physical education.In order to ensure the healthy development of"One School One Product"in school sports,based on the research methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation,in-depth interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the organization,system,project selection and implementation mode of"One School One Product"in 44 primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou,and discusses the organization and sports subject status in the field of education,the principal and the physical education teacher identity and the school physical education outstanding question may bring the construction resistance.The paper proposed that the traditional thinking pattern should be changed and the construction goal should be understood correctly.The stratification batch stage rational advancement should be put forward,and condense the joint effort of the each party and construct"One School One Product"school sports.
