摘要
以香椿老叶为材料,用超声波辅助提取香椿老叶黄酮.在单因素试验的基础上,以料液比、提取时间、提取功率为响应变量,香椿老叶黄酮提取率为响应值,用Box-Benhnken设计进行响应面分析,确定超声波提取香椿老叶黄酮的最佳工艺参数;并通过体外试验评价香椿老叶黄酮的抗氧化活性.试验结果为:香椿老叶黄酮的超声波辅助提取的最优工艺为料液比为1∶20(g/m L)、提取时间为37.61 min,提取功率为480 W,在此工艺条件下,香椿老叶黄酮的提取率为3.051%;体外抗氧化研究表明,香椿老叶黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,对OH、DPPH和ABTS等自由基清除效果较好.该研究为开发基于香椿老叶黄酮的抗氧化剂及功能食品提供理论依据.
The aim of this study was to optimize the extraction condition of flavonoids from Toona sinensis old leaves by ultrasonic. The single-factor experiments and response surface methodology were used. The antioxidant activity of the extracted flavonoids was evaluated. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the power was 480 W,the time was 37. 61 min and the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1 ∶20( g/m L). Under these conditions,the experimental extraction yield of flavonoids from leaves was 3. 051%. The flavonoids from Toona sinensis old leaves exhibited high OH,DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging ability. This study provides theoretical basis for deep development of Toona sinensis old leaves.
