摘要
随着电力系统中风场并网容量的日益增加,风场输出功率的波动性和随机性会对电力系统运行的安全性和稳定性带来负面影响.针对风速不确定性对单风场输出功率的影响,采用盒式集合鲁棒优化理论来确定单风场的最大允许容量.在考虑节点电压和线路容量的约束条件下,应用优化对偶理论简化风场容量模型,并将约束条件中的不确定量转化为确定量,然后再进行计算.IEEE 30系统的算例分析结果表明,采用鲁棒优化算法来确定单风场的最大允许容量是正确的和有效的.
With the continuous increasement of power capacity of grid connection for wind farm,the fluctuation and randomness of output power of wind farm will threaten the operation safety and stability of power system.Aiming at the impact of the uncertainty of wind speed to the output power of a single wind farm,a novel method is proposed,adopting box set robust optimization theory to determine the maximum allowable capacity of the single wind farm. Taking into account of constrains of node voltage and line capacity,the wind farm capacity model is simplified with optimized duality theory. After converting the uncertainty quantities into certainty quantities,the maximum allowable capacity of the single wind farm can be calculated easily. The analysis and computation result of IEEE 30 case show that the method based on robust optimization to determine the maximum allowable is correct and effective.
