教育见习与教育实习调查研究——以许昌学院地理科学专业为例

Investigation and Study on Educational Probation and Educational Practice——A Case Study of Geographic Science in Xuchang University

为了解许昌学院地理科学专业师范生参加教育见习、教育实习现状,通过调查问卷和访谈的形式,掌握地理科学专业见习、实习的实际情况.结果表明:地理科学专业学生参加教育见习、教育实习存在授课少、完成质量不高、过程性评价不足等现象.其原因为个人需求以及职业追求不同、基地学校的校园氛围不同、学院在监督管理以及与实习学校的沟通交流不足.

Questionnaires and interviews are carried out in order to understand the current status of the education probation and practice for students of the geological science of Xuchang University. The results show that students majoring in geolegical science have some problems such as less teaching,low quality and lack of process evaluation in internships. The reasons for this are insufficient time,different personal needs and career pursuits,different campus atmospheres,lack of supervision and management in the college,and less communication with the practice school.
